A vote center is a polling location where any eligible voter in the county can cast their ballot, regardless of their assigned precinct.

Unlike the traditional precinct-based voting model, where voters must go to one specific polling place, vote centers provide greater flexibility and convenience.

How Vote Centers Work

You can vote at any vote center in your county. You are not restricted to your assigned precinct’s polling location.
Your assigned precinct still matters. It determines the ballot style (also called the ballot face) you receive, ensuring you vote only on the races and questions that apply to your residence. Warren County uses countywide vote centers for both Early Voting and Election Day.

This means:

You may choose any open vote center that is most convenient for you.

Your precinct determines your ballot, not where you can vote.

Example: Suppose your assigned precinct is E105-Richardsville, but you work on the other side of Warren County. On Election Day, you can stop at the vote center nearest your workplace instead of driving back to your home precinct. The electronic poll book will identify your precinct and issue the correct ballot for E105-Richardsville.

Remember: Your precinct determines what you vote on. A vote center determines where you can vote.
