Delinquent Taxes

The Warren County Clerk’s Office is responsible for collecting delinquent property tax bills. Tax bills originate in the Sheriff’s Office but are considered delinquent and turned over to the clerk’s office on April 15th. The clerk continues to accept payments until the delinquent tax sale. Bills that were paid prior to the delinquency deadline can be found on the Warren County Sheriff’s Office website.
